Left my computer there to get a diagnostic. They seem experienced, professional, and like they won't waste your time with getting you what you need. But the guy who helped me today was just not super friendly and almost seemed a little bothered by me or he was just in a bad mood. Hopefully their customer service is more helpful and friendly in general and this was just a one instance thing.

Two recent experiences, neither capable of resolving with a refund or a credit, but revealing just the same: asked them to fix my corrupted MacBook Pro and sell me something to update my older MacBook Air as a kind of backup. They were able to copy all programs and photos from my Pro, but after two diagnostic fee payments, they claimed there was no virus, malware, etc. Separate trip to Apple store fixed the problem. Also sold me update Office suite for Air, but product key didn't work. Turns out, Microsoft won't install the programs remotely unless you have updated (by their standards) antivirus software. In other words, no joy. No refunds, no credits, no apologies. And, no more business from me. Thought you'd like to know.

Service was respectful and prices were fair. My experience was positive.

I was having a meltdown about my "mail" program on my MacBook Pro. I thought I had deleted my "inbox." First, I called Apple support and they just informed me that they don't support my computer or software anymore. RIDICULOUS. But at least they recommended the folks at G2 near me. I called, and the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and said that they could for sure try to help - I just had to bring in my computer. I was worried about the timing of how long they would keep my computer. I went to the store and a very personable staffer looked at my screen- did a quick scan of my mail program and she resolved the problem immediately. I have resolved that my next Apple purchase will for sure be from this store!
